If you forget your idnscor password, tap the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address. We send a password-reset link to that email within two minutes. Click the link, create a new password (at least 8 characters: uppercase, lowercase, number), and confirm. Your new password takes effect immediately. No. idnscor permits only one account per person. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and can result in suspension and forfeiture of balances in all linked accounts. To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on idnscor: (1) go to your account dashboard and tap Deposit; (2) select your payment method (mobile banking, local payment, or online payment); (3) enter the amount you wish to deposit; (4) confirm and you are redirected to the app or web portal of your e-wallet; (5) enter your PIN or biometric confirmation to authorize the transfer; (6) once confirmed, you are returned to idnscor and your balance updates within seconds. Your transaction appears in your Account History. If the e-wallet app is not installed on your phone, you can use the web version via a browser instead. Deposits from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang process at the same speed.
